ALAND ISLANDS, OH0, EU-002 An international team signing OH0I will participate in the upcoming CQ RTTY WPX Contest (Feb 12/13). QSL via OH3BHL.
ANTARCTICA, VP8/A Bhagwati, VU3BPZ, is active from the scientific base "Maytri" (IND-003).
ARUBA, P4, SA-036 Andy, AE6Y, will hit the airwaves as P49Y from Feb 16-22. QSL to AE6Y.
BELIZE, V3, NA-180 Art, NN7A, signs V31JZ/p from South Water Caye (NA-180) from Feb 10-14. He is running 100 watts into verticals in CW on 10-40m (including WARC) and also in SSB on 80/160m. QSL via NN7A. --- Bob, NF7E, is QRV as V31WR in SSB from NA-180 also from Feb 10-14. QSL via homecall.
CANADA, VE, NA-061 John, VE7JZ, is active from the island of Kaien (NA-061) until Apr 30. QSLs unfortunately only direct.
CANARY ISLANDS, EA8, AF-004 Members of the Canary Islands DX Society will activate Burrero Rock as EF8BDX on Feb 12/13. For specialists: Burrero Rock counts as DIE S-349, DME 35.011 and IL27HV. CHILE, CE, SA-new Mario, CE6NE, Marco, CE6TBN, Mike, K9AJ, and Lucas, LU1FAM, plan to visit the island of Rennell (Ultima Esperanza Province South Group, SA-new) from Feb 14-17.
COLOMBIA, HK Tony, W4OI, ist now active using his new callsign HK1AR (ex HK3KAV). He intends to visit San Andres (HK0/SA) together with Oliver, W6NV, from Feb 12-15.
DOMINICA, J7, NA-101 Lars, SM0CCM, will be on the air as J73CCM working mainly in CW/RTTY between Feb 16 and Mar 14. QSL via SM0CCM.
FRANCE, F Francois, F8DVD, will sign TM8ANT during the upcoming Antarctic Activity Week (AAW) from Feb 14-27. QSL via F8DVD.
GREECE, SV SV1CIB, SV3FUO and SV3BSF will be QRV as J43BSF during the CQ/RJ WW WPX RTTY Contest on Feb 12/13. QSL via SV1CIB.
IRAN, EP Hamid, EP4HR, is working in CW or PSK31 on 160/80/40m from 0215-0230 UTC every day (except tuesdays and fridays). QSL via I2MQP.
ITALY, I The special station IU8GMM is working during the World Day of the Sick from Feb 11-13, 2005. QSL via IQ8PD, bureau ok.
MONGOLIA, JT Antonio, I1ZB, and Alberto, I1QOD, plan to become active as JT1FCZ and JT1FCY in CW on 80/40/30/15m from Feb 10-18.
NETHERLAND ANTILLES, PJ4, SA-006 Jeff, KU8E, Mike, W9RE, Harold, N4GG, and Mark, N5OT, will be QRV from Bonaire Island (SA-006) from Feb 15-22. They will sign PJ4R during the ARRL DX CW Contest. QSL via N4GG.
NORTH COOK ISLANDS, ZK1/N, OC-014 Magnus, ZK1WET (SM6WET), Tomas, ZK1XMY (SM6XMY), Tim, ZK1SDE, and Jed, ZK1SDZ, will activate the Manihiki Atoll (OC-014) from Feb 17-24. QSL via M3SDE.
PALMYRA AND JARVIS ISLANDS, KH5, OC-085 Bev, AH6NF, plans to stay until Feb 13.
PETER I ISLAND, 3Y/P, AN-004 Their original expedition vessel is still not repaired so they decided to charter a new one now. Their arrival on the island is now expected around Feb 17.
REUNION, FR, AF-016 Didier, FR/F5TNI, is working mainly in CW from Feb 2-21. QSL via F5TNI.
SINT MAARTEN, PJ7, NA-105 Joeke, PJ6/PA0VDV, will become active from Sint Maarten from Feb 17-23. His next stop will be Curacao.
SPRATLY ISLANDS, 1S, AS-051 Nicodemus, DU1JXP, Mike, DU1MHX, Ed, 4F1OZ, Bebe, 4F3BA, and Gilbert, 4F2KWT will activate the island Kalayaan as DX0K till May 2005. Activities are planned in CW/SSB on 160-6m (including the WARC bands). It seems as if only one operator will remain on the island at a time. QSL via 4F2KWT.
ST LUCIA, J6, NA-108 Dave, J6/K3LP, will be active once again from Feb 15-22. He will sign J6R in the ARRL CW DX Contest.
