PACIFIC

3D2 - FIJI Paul, A35RK, is QRV mostly in CW as 3D2RK from OC-016 for three to four weeks in May. QSL via W7TSQ.

T88 - PALAU Hiro, 7N1KAE, received the call T88YH (DXNL 1143). Hiro, T88MT and T88LJ are QRV on 6-80m until May 6. Frequencies: CW 1827, 3507,7007, 10107, 14007, 18077, 21077, 24897, 28007, 50107 and SSB: 3798, 7080, 14197, 21270, 24937, 28470 and 50107 kHz. QSLs via homecalls.

ZK1 - NORTH COOK Wolf, DL2SCQ, and Ann, DL1SCQ, were announced to be QRV again from Manihiki (OC-014) signing ZK1SCQ and ZK1SCR from Aug 20-25. QSL via DL6DK, Peter Voits, Uhlandstr. 28,D-59192 Bergkamen,Germany.

ZK1 - SOUTH COOK Prior to that Wolf, DL2SCQ, and Ann, DL1SCQ, intend to activate the Southern Cook Islands as ZK1SCQ and ZK1SCR from Rarotonga (OC-013) from Aug 4-8, from Aitutaki (OC-083) from Aug 10-12 and from Mangaia (OC-159) from Aug 14-17. Possible is also an activity from the Palmerston atoll (OC-124) from Aug 28-31. QSL via DL6DK,Peter Voits, Uhlandstr. 28, D-59192 Bergkamen, Germany (also via bureau).

AFRICA

9G - GHANA John, 9G1BJ, and his XYL Marcia, 9G1TM, had shut down their station on Apr 14, 1999. After five years they returned to Great Britain. QSLs direct only via G4XTA.

FT5W - CROZET ISLAND Gilles, F5AGL/FT5WH, has repaired his transmitter (DXNL 1144)!

AMERICA

HH - HAITI Sigi became active as DJ4IJ/HI8 in the end of April and as DJ4IJ/HH2 from Port-au-Prince since May 3. He flies back to HI8 on May 5 and to Germany on May 9. NOW ALL QSLs via DJ4IJ (NOT via DK8ZD anymore). He is accompanied by Conny, DL1DA/HI8, respectively DL1DA/HH2 from Haiti. QSL via DL1DA.

ASIA

3W - VIETNAM Tom, SP5AUC (ex YI9CW), is now QRV in CW signing 3W7CW on 10-40m. QSL via Box 11, 00800 Warsaw, Poland.

9M2 - WESTERN MALAYSIA Johnny, 9M2/G3LIV, is on the air from Pulau Penang (AS-015) mostly in CW on 15/17/20m from May 4-24. QSL via G3LIV.

TA - TURKEY DL6DB, DA2KT, DJ2JH, DL4DN, DL6BK and DG1NPM are QRV as YM0S from Bozcaada (AS-099) between May 8 and 14.

ZC4 - BRITISH SOVEREIGN BASE AREAS ON CYPRUS George, 5B4AGC (G3NLS), hit the airwaves as ZC4ATC on 40/30/20m. QSL via 5B4YX.

EUROPE

GD - ISLE OF MAN Ian, G0RRL, works as GD0KRL in SSB and RTTY from May 1-8. QSL via bureau or direct to G0KRL. --- Doug, N6TQS, will be QRV in RTTY signing MD0BPI. QSL via N6TQS.

OH0 - ALAND ISLANDS DAVID, OH0/OK1FJD, Roman, OH0/OK1UFM, Dan, OH0/OK1XDF, and Milos, OH0/OK1URY, are QRV from EU-002 running two stations mostly in the digital modes and on the WARC bands from May 1-8. A third station is planned for 6 and 2m. QSLs via bureau.
