This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by the OPDX Bulletin, The Daily DX, 425DXnews, DXNL, WA7BNM and Contest Corral from QST. Thanks to all.

MAURITIUS, 3B8. Hans, PA0VHA and Jack, PA3BAG are QRV as 3B8/homecalls until November 9. Activity is on all bands, including the newer ones, using SSB and RTTY. They are on vacation, so operating time may be limited. Most activity is between 1200 to 1700z and after 1800z. QSL both calls via PA0VHA. Meanwhile, Willy, ON5AX is QRV as 3B8/ON5AX until November 15. He is active using CW and SSB. QSL to home call.

UNITED NATIONS HQ, 4U. Ray, W2RE and Frank, W2IX will be QRV on November 9. They plan to place an emphasis on 30, 12 and 6 meters using CW. QSL via operators' instructions.

SENEGAL, 6W. Karel, ON5TN is active as 6W/ON5TN from Toubacouta until November 18. Activity is on 40 to 10 meters using CW and some SSB. QSL to home call.

DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CONGO, 9Q. Michael, 9Q1MC has been QRV on 20 meters around 2200z. QSL via ON5SE.

CANARY ISLANDS, EA8. Cesare, I5WEA is QRV as EA8BVY from Tenerife, IOTA AF-004, until December 1. QSL to home call.

ETHIOPIA, ET. Peter, ET3BN has been active using CW on 20, 15, 12 and 10 meters, generally around 1100 to 1630z. QSL via DL1JRC.

NETHERLAND ANTILLES, PJ2. Gerben, PG5M is QRV in his spare time as PJ2/PG5M from Curacao, IOTA SA-006, until November 15. QSL to home call.

GABON, TR. Alain, TR8CA has been QRV using RTTY on 12 meters just after 1300z and then using SSB on 12 meters after 1330z. QSL via F6CBC.

BENIN, TY. Jean, ON4JM is QRV as TY4JM until December 23. He is active in his spare time during the evening hours and Sundays. QSL to home call.

SOUTH SHETLAND ISLANDS. Dany, LZ2UU is working at the Bulgarian Antarctic base St. Kliment Ohridski on Livingston Island, IOTA AN-010, and is QRV as LZ0A on all bands using CW, SSB and RTTY. He is here until late February 2004. QSL via operator's instructions.

CAMBODIA, XU. Jack, ON4AJT and Wim, ON6TZG are QRV as XU7AJV and XU7TZG, respectively, from Koh Poah, IOTA AS-133. Their length of stay is unknown. QSL both calls via ON4AJV.

ALBANIA, ZA. Carsten, DL6LAU plans to operate ZA1A in the WAE RTTY contest. QSL via OH2BH.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO. The Worked All Europe DX RTTY Contest, Japan International DX Phone Contest, 1st Annual Radio Club of America CW QSO Party, SARL Field Day Contest, OK/OM DX CW Contest, EA-QRP Club Contest and the Anatolian ATA PSK31 Contest will certainly keep contesters busy this weekend.
