ARLP047 Propagation de KT7H

Solar activity is unchanged, with very low solar flux and periods of
zero visible sunspots. Flux values continue to drift around the low
to mid seventies.

The most active geomagnetic period was November 6, when the K index
went to five. Stormy conditions are expected due to recurring
coronal holes around November 14 to 16, and again from the 27th
through December 2, although not as severe. November 20 through 25
should be quite stable and quiet.

Sunspot Numbers for November 2 through 8 were 0, 0, 11, 0, 11, 11
and 34, with a mean of 9.6. 10.7 cm flux was 73, 72.6, 73.2, 75.1,
74.8, 73.3 and 76.3, with a mean of 74.
