KH5 - PALMYRA ISLAND, KH5K - KINGMAN REEF 425 DX News writes that Tom Harrell, N4XP, and Garry Shapiro, NI6T, announced that the Kingman-Palmyra DX-Group is planning an activity for this year. They intend to perform several smaller activities from Palmyra throughout summer and autumn of this year. Furthermore they are planning a large DXpedition on ten bands to Kingman Reef in October. The Daily DX already announced that Dr. Chuck Brady, N4BQW, shall be QRV again from KH5 on 20m SSB.
KH6 - HAWAII Andy, KH6/OE1AZS, intends to be active from the shack of KH6CQH from May 8-20.
VK0 - MACQUARIE ISLAND Alan, VK0MM, is strictly abiding his operating schedule published at http://www.geocities.com/vk0ld/1.html. Due to local problems he is momentarily limited to operate on 30m and 20m and he still requests that NO DXer makes more than two contacts with him. If you contact him more often than twice ALL your QSOs will be deleted from his log. He also asks everybody NOT to spot him on the cluster network since this attracts only additional "Airwaves Policemen". RTTY operation may take place some time in August or September. QSLs will be mailed after his return home. Do NOT request them earlier!
