DX Announcements

CHAD, TT Philippe, F4EGS, is on the air again as TT8PK since May 20. His stay is scheduled to last until July 20. If asked for he also QSY's to another band. QSL via F4EGS, bureau ok.

CORSICA, TK, EU-014 Jean, TK/F1PNR, is working with 100 watts and a G5RV until Jun 28. He does not like pile ups... QSL via bureau.

CRETE, SV9, EU-015 ON4AAC and ON6HE are QRV in CW/SSB/RTTY from Jun 3-10.

EAST MALAYSIA, 9M8, OC-088 The island of Sarawak (9M8) is the destination of a DXpedition from Jun 3-5. Unfortunately there is no more information available.

FRANCE, F Serge, F5FAB, and some friends are QRV again in CW/SSB signing TM7VM from the Viaduc du Millau from Jun 6-18. QSL via F5UJZ. --- The special event station TM6ACO will be active again from the "24 Hours of Le Mans" from Jun 5-19. QSL via F6KFI.

GIBRALTAR, ZB2 Adrian, ZB2/G0KOM, will be QRV during the first weekend of June. Main emphasis will be put on 6m, but he also has his HF radio available...

GREECE, SV, EU-158 Mike, SV1RK, Stavros, SV3CJU, and Kostas, SV1AER, are using the callsign J48SI from the island of Sapientza (EU-158) from Jun 3-5. They are working on 40/20/17/15m from the lighthouse GRE-116.

ITALY, I The special event station II8RM is QRV during the International Regatta in Amalfi from Jun 2-5. QSL routes will be announced in the QSO.

LUXEMBOURG, LX A group of the scout clubstation PI9SRS will be QRV from Wiltz signing LX/PI9SRS in SSB (3775, 7085,14250,18140,21250,24940,28300,144300 kHz) and CW (1815,3540,7020,10120,14020,18070,21040,24900,28040,144050 kHz) on Jun 4/5.

PALAU, T8, OC-008 Yasu, JA6BJV, and Toshio, JA3IFT, are hitting the airwaves on 40m and above as T88AG (CW) and T88AH (SSB) from Jun 3-6. QSL via homecalls, bureau ok.

PORTUGAL, CT On June 4 the special event station CS7MA will be active from the Castelo Marvao (DCFP C-067, DMHP PG-036, DMP 1210). QSL via CT1BXE.

SCOTLAND, GM, EU-108 Jim, MM0BQI, is working in SSB/CW/RTTY on 80-6m from Jun 2-5. His destination is Lunga, an uninhabited island in the Treshnish group (EU-108). QSL via MM0BQI, bureau ok.

SOUTH KOREA, HL, AS-084 HL1OYF/4, HL1SRJ/4, HL1IUV/4, HL2EJT/4, HL1VAU/4, DS1KOQ/4, DS1NMA/4, DS3MLG/4, DS4NMJ/4 and DS4NYE/4 are activating Ch'uja Island (AS-084) in CW/SSB/digital modes on 10-80m (no WARC) from Jun 3-5. QSLs via HL1OYF.

ST PAUL ISLAND, CY9, NA-094 Starting on Jun 7 the callsign CY9SS will be activated for one month by a bigger group of HAMs (VY2RO, W1AIM, VE9WH, VE1AWP, VY2LI,VY2SS,VE1PZ, N1RR, N1BUG, N0JK, KY1V, W1VE, VE1CY, VY2OX, VE2TKH, VA2DV,VY2RU,AA5XE, VA7DJ, VE6OH, K1LZ and W2GB). They plan to operate with three stations in CW/SSB/RTTY/PSK on 160-10m. Their 6m QRGs are 50103 kHz (for EU) and 50125 kHz (for the Americas). They will use a 68 element antenna group on 144300 kHz (EU) and 144200 kHz (Americas) trying to win the "Brennan Trophy" for the first non-EME QSO across the Atlantic Ocean! WESTERN SAMOA, 5W Rick, AI5P, will be QRV mainly in CW on 10-40m from Jun 7-14. The callsign is not known yet. QSL via AI5P.
