3D - FIJI Ron, ZL1AMO/3D2RW, is active until Oct 30. Starting on Oct 15 he is QRV from Mana (OC-121) for one week. QSL via ZL1AMO.

DU - PHILIPPINES The special prefixes 4D68 (individuals) and DZ68 (clubstations) may be used to show the 68th anniversary of the Philippine Amateur Radio Association, Inc.
FO - FRENCH POLYNESIA Francisco Costa, CT1EAT, will be QRV from Mai Mona Motu (OC-067) signing FO0FRA from Oct 24 until Nov 2 (perhaps with a special call during WWDX). QSL via CT1EAT, via bureau or direct to his CBA.
FO - MARQUESAS ISLANDS Toshi, JA1ELY, and Mako, JA1OEM, announced to be QRV as FO0ELY and FO0TOH from Nuku Hiva (OC-027) working in SSB/CW/RTTY on 160-6m from Oct 18-23. Considering the Kingman pile-ups they will use lower QRGs like 14010/14145 etc. (160m: 1832.5; 6m: 50100; RTTY: 14077+21077). QSLs via homecall.

P2 - PAPUA NEW GUINEA Dr. Elmer R. Ribeyro, P29DX, will finish his stay in December. Then QSL only via his manager Jose, EA4CEN, direct (SASE) or via EA buro.
YB - INDONESIA The Surabaya City clubstation YB3ZES will be QRV as 8A3B working in SSB/CW/RTTY especially on 15m/20m from Madura Island (OC-new) on Oct 21/22. They intend to hit the airwaves as 8A3B two or three days a month until Oct 2001. QSL direct to Box 4025, Surabaya 60401, Indonesia.
V7 - MARSHALL ISLANDS Bruce, V73CW, is active again from the Kwajalein Island clubstation from Oct 23-28. The QSLs via AC4G are arriving slowly due to job stress.
VK9C - COCOS KEELING ISLANDS Wal, VK6KZ, and Don, VK6HK, will be on the air as VK9CZ and VK9CK between Oct 21 and Nov 4. They will be QRV especially on 6m (for skeds call on 28885 kHz) and 28485, 21285 and 14185 kHz.
D4 - CAPE VERDE Between Oct 22 and Nov 1 Alberto, IV3TAN, is visiting Angelo, D44BS, on Sao Tiago (AF-005) and will be QRV as D4A in the WWDX SSB Contest QSL for D44BS to his CBA, contest QSOs of D4A via I2MQP.
EA8 - CANARY ISLANDS Walter, EA8/DL8MEV, is QRV on 14050 kHz starting 1000 UTC every day between Oct 17 and Nov 14. QSL ONLY direct to his CBA. ----- Pekka, OH1RY, is QRV as EA8AH/EA8BH since Oct 16 and in WWDX SSB. QSL via OH1RY.
ET - ETHIOPIA Claudio, IV3OWC, and Silvio, IV3TRK, will be active as 9E1C (in SSB) and 9E1S (in CW) between Oct 21 and Nov 6. 9E1C will work as single operator on 15m during the WWDX SSB Contest. QSLs via homecalls.
TT - CHAD Christian, FH/TU5AX, is working in SSB on 80-6m now signing TT8DX from Moundou for the next 16 months. QSL via buro to F5OGL or direct to Didier A Senmartin, BAS-PO Box 19, F-35998 Rennes Armees, France.
TZ - MALI On Oct 20 Mac, TZ6JA, is going to Bamako again for one month and will be QRV on 40/20/15/10m during his morning hours (weekdays) and on the weekends. QSL via JA3EMU.

6Y - JAMAICA Ron, 4S7RO/6Y5, moved to Kingston for the next two years and is now putting up his station. He has no possibilities for 80/160m but will try 6m! His XYL VU2MAB shall be QRV soon, too. Franz, DJ9ZB, is ONLY the QSL manager for the 4S7RO QSOs so far. A new QSL route will be announced later!
FP - ST PIERRE AND MIQUELON AC8W, K8DD, N8KR and W8IQ will be on the air from St. Pierre signing FP/homecalls from Oct 23-30. They will work especially in CW and RTTY running four 100 watt radios into wire antennas. During the CQ WWDX SSB Contest they will use FP/N8KR. QSLs via homecalls.
J8 - ST VINCENT Angel, WA2VUY, NO2R and W2EN will be QRV from NA-025 as J8/homecalls working in CW/SSB on all bands from Oct 23-31. For the WWDX SSB they announced to be QRV as J80WW. ALL QSLs via W2EN.
8Q - MALDIVES Pierre, HB9QQ, is active again as 8Q7QQ since Oct 17. QSL via bureau to HB9QQ.
BY - CHINA BT4ARDF was on the air in CW/SSB on 10-40m during the 10th Direction Finding World Championship from Oct 13-18. QSLs via the homecalls of the op's like BD5RV, LZ1ZF, OM3JW, ON4ABZ, WA6EZV, YT1CS, YU1ACR.
EP - IRAN Hamid, EP3HR, and Yar, EP3SP, are working from the newly established clubstation EP4PTT (since Oct 10). They are running homebrew equip- ment with 20 watts into a 20m dipole. QSL via bureau.
EZ - TURKMENISTAN Alex, EZ8CQ, will be QRV especially on 160m (1830 kHz, 2000Z) and in RTTY starting on Oct 20. Skeds can be arranged via ez8cq@qsl.net. QSL via W0FS (US ONLY) or via I2JSB (rest of the world, direct only)
3A - MONACO Tony, 3A/IK1QBT, and Gianni, 3A/IZ1DFI, will be on the air in CW on all bands (especially WARC) on Oct 21/22. QSLs via bureau or direct to the CBA of their homecalls.
GJ - JERSEY ISLAND The Mile High DX Club (CO) and the English Darley ARC plan to hit the airwaves as MJ/N0KV, MJ/W0DM, GJ0HHY, MJ/KU4CG in CW/SSB/PSK31 from Oct 22-30. During the WWDX SSB Contest they will sign GJ1Y. QSL for MJ/KU4CG via KU4CG, all others via N0KV.
SV9 - CRETE SV9/DK1EAW is QRV in SSB on 10-40m and in CW on the WARC bands from Oct 17-24. QSL via DK1EAW, via bureau or CBA.

Contrary to last DXNL Don and Roger are QRV as FS/K4ZA and PJ8/N4ZC from the SAME island but DIFFERENT countries during the WWDX SSB Contest.
